Recently appointed as a manager, she is focused on leading with integrity, efficiency, and commitment to quality. Ashley’s journey has been built on a foundation of hard work, practical knowledge, and a drive to deliver results — whether on the job site or in the office.

Michael

Michael combines a friendly, approachable personality with meticulous attention to detail. He works closely with homeowners and contractors to find the perfect balance of style, functionality, and budget. Whether it’s new construction, a remodel, or simply updating a fixture, if your project involves plumbing, electrical, lighting, or water purification—Michael is your go-to expert.

Before joining the team at Bath and Bronze, Michael was a high school chemistry teacher. This background brings a unique blend of scientific insight and design sensibility to our upscale plumbing showroom, especially when it comes to material selection and water systems.

Erica

Erica Dickinson is an Inside/Outside Sales Specialist at Bath and Bronze, bringing over 5 years of experience in the home construction industry. With a strong focus on plumbing, lighting and appliances, Erica works closely with clients and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that align with both design and functional needs.

Erica is also known for her ability to read and interpret house plans; Erica has a keen eye for detail and excels at helping clients and builders find exactly what they are looking for. Whether working in the showroom or out in the field, she prides herself on clear communication, professionalism, and a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

Allen

READ BIO

Allen Listrom Jr. is an Outside Sales Representative with Bath and Bronze. He joined the team in July 2025.

Allen has over 25 years of experience in the wholesale supply chain industry where he’s worked with builders, contractors and designers. Allen is from Columbia, SC where he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Allen is proud to serve the community he grew up in and can’t wait to connect with you!
