She was patient, attentive, and quickly understood our style and aesthetic while working within our budget—and actually helped us achieve even more than we expected. Her phenomenal taste, swift communication, and follow-up made the entire experience beyond positive. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Bath and Brown’s is a beautiful store with An incredible array of choices for both bathroom and kitchen. The quality of items was excellent. As a result of his product knowledge the replacement faucet was a perfect choice and looks as beautiful as the faucet it replaced. My husband and I were shopping for some new kitchen lighting. We didn’t want to buy from a big box store and happened across Bath and Bronze on the internet. Their selection online was unlimited but what was really helpful is their local gallery in Irmo.  Michael spent a lot of time helping us choose exactly what we wanted down to the perfect lightbulbs we needed to create the brightness we were looking for! He definitely knows his lighting and was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Wonderful experience shopping at Bath and Bronze in Irmo, SC. I had a little idea of what fixtures, etc. I wanted for a new shower stall and bathroom remodel, and Michael was helpful and patient with suggestions and showing me different styles. He also knew what behind-the-wall plumbing parts needed to be installed. Communication was prompt, a very easy process with ordering and delivery, all in the time frame he told me.
